REMOGDF HOLDS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TUESDAY DEC. 20, 2022

Remo Growth and Development Foundation (RemoGDF) will hold its annual General meeting on Tuesday December 20, 2022. The AGM will hold at the foundation’s Secretariat, Iperu-Ilishan Road, Remo, Ogun State, starting from 11:00 Am prompt.

A statement signed by Omo’ba Abiola Ogundeko, Head, Media and Publicity,
Remo Growth and Development Foundation, the Annual General Meeting would concentrate on amongst others:

1. To present Constitution for Ratification.
2. To present the General Secretary’s Operational Reports.
3. To present the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 and the year ended 31 December 2021.
4. To present the Reports of the Independent Auditors the year ended 31 December 2020 and the year ended 31 December 2021.
5. To Approve the Revised Constitution of the Foundation.

Some of the foundation’s very eminent personalities expected to grace the occasion are: His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Babatunde Adewale Ajayi, CFR, (Torungbuwa II), Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland, and the Grand Patron, RemoGDF; Patrons – Remo Royal Fathers; the Chairman, Board of Trustees, RemoGDF, Sir Kesington Adebukunola Adebutu, CFR, KJW, FISM and other Board of Trustees Members.

Other are: the Management Council of RemoGDF under the leadership of Otunba Tunji Lawal-Solarin, Chairman, RemoGDF and Aare (Dr.) Kolawole Oyefeso, Co-Chairman and all the financial members of RemoGDF.
